STROBEON

Studio · for your release

Visuals for your release, moving to your own track.

Pick a look, drop in your track and choose the part. Strobeon draws a Spotify Canvas, a Reel or a YouTube video from it, frame by frame, with every hit on the beat.

Try it free: 15 seconds at 720p with a small mark. Nothing to install, no account, and your track never leaves your device.

A 9:16 Spotify Canvas made in Strobeon: the NEON PIER look, a neon grid running into a striped sunset

A 9:16 Canvas loop, rendered by Strobeon's Studio export on a test beat.

One look, every format

The same look as a Canvas, a square post and a 16:9 video

Each of these was made by the Studio export from the same kind of input: a look and a track. Hover or tap to play.

How it works

Four steps, all on your device

Pick a look

Any of the seventy-plus moods with your effects, colours, text or a 3D object on top, or one of the ten factory looks to start from.

Choose the track and the part

Open Menu, Studio and pick a music file. The waveform shows the whole track. Drag to the part you want, and PLAY THIS PART shows the look moving to it.

Pick the format

Reel, Spotify Canvas, square, 16:9 or 4K, and a length. No track at hand? NO TRACK, A TEMPO makes a silent loop at a BPM you set.

Render

Strobeon listens to the part first, then draws every frame at its exact moment, so the hits land on the beat on a slow phone as well. Download the video, or SAVE A STILL.

Spotify asks for a Canvas of 3 to 8 seconds, 9:16, between 720 and 1080 pixels tall, as an MP4 or a JPG (Spotify's Canvas guidelines, checked 1 October 2026). Strobeon's Canvas format follows that. Videos come out as MP4 where the browser can write it (Chrome and Edge on a computer, recent Safari) and as WebM elsewhere, which YouTube takes but Spotify does not.

Questions

Before you render

Is my track uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and analysed in the browser on your device, and the video is drawn and saved there too. Nothing about the track or the video reaches us. Projects you save keep a copy of the track in your browser, on that device only.

Can I use the video on my release and my socials?

Yes. The videos and stills you make are yours, also for commercial use, and Strobeon claims no rights in them. The music has to be yours to use, or you need permission from whoever owns it. The terms say it in full.

Why does it take longer than the video lasts?

Every frame is drawn at its exact moment in the track instead of being recorded from the screen, which is what keeps it on the beat on any device. A laptop is faster than a phone, and a 4K video takes longest. The progress bar shows how far it is, and you can cancel.

Which browser should I use?

Chrome or Edge on a computer. They write MP4, which Spotify and the social apps take, and on a wide screen the Studio sheet docks to the side so you see the look while you set it up. Recent Safari writes MP4 as well. Other browsers write WebM, which YouTube takes but Spotify does not, and the app says so before you render a Canvas.

Will it flash too hard for a Canvas?

Spotify asks Canvas makers to avoid intense flashing. SAFE FLASH is on by default and limits flashes to three a second. For a Canvas, leave STROBE low or off.

Can I make the next format next week?

With Studio, SAVE in Projects keeps the track, the part, the look and the format together on your device. Open the project, pick another format, and render again.
